Your role in our journey

As Management Support Officer, you'll provide a comprehensive, coordinated and efficient secretarial service to the three service directors within the Communities Directorate. You’ll make a major contribution to the smooth running of our business units, working with a range of teams and stakeholders your secretarial and organisational skills will make sure that the job gets done.

What you’ll need

To join us you’ll need to hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent level qualification in a business related subject.. Naturally, you’ll bring to the role plenty of knowledge and experience of working in a demanding business environment. Your talent for organising, communicating, and forging relationships with a wide range of stakeholders will be vital.
