An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the SIMS Team within Code Green (an IT Traded Service within BMBC delivering services to Schools) on a permanent contract. The team’s customer base has increased significantly over the last 2 years with services now being delivered to schools within Yorkshire, Manchester, Stockton on Tees and the Humber.
The role will include working as part of the SIMS helpdesk providing telephone and remote support to customers and liaising with third party companies. Administration support to customers and the rest of the team will form part of the role e.g. creating handbooks and quick reference sheets. The postholder will also be required to visit schools onsite, meeting with Senior Leadership, Teachers, Business Managers and Office Staff to offer advice, training and to promote the use of SIMS. Previous knowledge of SIMS and experience of working in an education establishment would be advantageous.
