An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Code Green Capita Accredited SIMS Support Team.

The SIMS team customer base has increased significantly over the last 2 years with services now being delivered to schools within Yorkshire, Manchester, Stockton on Tees and the Humber and candidates must be prepared to travel to sites as required.

The role will include working within a small team to deliver first and second line Help Desk function, provision of training to customers either 1:1 or in a group session as well as on site consultancy to maximise the use of SIMS in schools.

The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team and on their own initiative to continue to provide first class services to our customers whilst continuing to grow the business and remain the preferred partner for our existing customers.

All candidates will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the modules within SIMS.
