Your role in our journey

As Operations manager, you'll lead on making sure the council does everything asked of us by managing the service. You’ll make recommendations to the various bodies and you will be part of the Service Management Team, helping with the operational management of the Service.

What you’ll need

To join us, you’ll need a relevant Level 5 qualification, An experienced individual, you’ll bring to the role an extensive track record of achievements. This should include dealing complex and contentious problems, leading the technical direction of the team, and experience of making services better.
