Our award winning council is beginning a new exciting digital journey to ensure we have the right technology and access to the right information, to help us deliver and develop local services to our customers anytime, anywhere and anyhow.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to play a key part in this digital journey, in what will be an exciting period of change and innovation as we introduce new technology, improvements and changes across the whole organisation. This is new a post, offered as a two year fixed term opportunity, to lead and manage continuous service improvement activities as part of our Digital First change initiative.

As our ITIL Improvement Manager you’ll have the opportunity to work in partnership with internal and external customers to design, develop and improve IT services through the introduction of ITIL processes. We’re looking for someone with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with a real passion for improving services, to come and be part of our team.

To join us, you’ll need a level 6 qualification, hold an ITIL Continual Service Improvement certificate and have experience of working in a technological / digital environment.
