Chesterfield Borough Council is looking for a manager with proven experience of working in hospitality or entertainment programming, scheduling and hiring.
You would be responsible for the programming and hiring of the Pomegranate Theatre (590 seats), Winding Wheel Theatre (856 seats), Hasland Village Hall and Market Hall Assembly Rooms.
You would be responsible for the management of two staff.
You will have specific proven ability in contract negotiations. You will have developed knowledge of the arts and entertainment, and/or hospitality industry.
You will be a proactive self-starter, good team worker, and have a creative and innovative approach.
You will be commercially astute, with experience of budget control; results driven and customers focused, and have excellent IT skills.
