An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced ICT Service Desk Analyst to provide first line support to customers via the ICT Service Desk, responding to and investigating a range of incidents, service requests, and general queries and providing expert technical advice on a wide range of systems and technologies.
Other duties will include the configuration and support of Windows PCs, laptops and tablet devices plus iOS and Android mobile devices.
