Job description and person specification


  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for a multiple talented and experienced IT Systems Administrator to provide continuing development, implementation, configuration, support and upgrades of the Organisations computerised systems.

    You must have good written and verbal communication skills.
    And have the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to work additional hours when required.
    Ability to function as part of a professional team, following procedures and policies.
    It is an essential requirement of the role that you will have had training in an IT reporting tool such as Crystal reports, Business Objects, SQL or similar.
    At least 3 years’ experience working in an ICT, Revenues or Housing Management environment.

The job is a mainly based at the Town Hall, however you may be required to provide support to other Chesterfield Borough Council establishments outside of the borough.
