We deliver our Careline Response and Support services to over 5000 customers to help them maintain independent living in their own home, and an opportunity has become available to join our Team, which is a leading provider of these services in the North Derbyshire area.
You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and updating accounts relating to our services, including identifying and taking action to recover outstanding charges. You will also prepare and process purchase orders and invoices, and assist with the monitoring of service budgets.
You will assist with the monitoring of the service, setting up processes to record key performance and statistical information, and completing regular reports, whilst providing administrative support to the Team. And you will also be responsible for managing bookings at our community rooms.
You must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with vulnerable people of all ages and cognitive ability, and an understanding of the needs of older and vulnerable people.
You must have excellent organisational and administrative skills, and experience of using computer systems, with an ability to accurately input and extract information from IT systems, completing accurate, clear and concise reports.
