Purchasing Administrator - Doncaster

Role: Purchasing Administrator

Salary: Up to £17K DOE

Location: Doncaster

Our client is one of the UK’s largest wholesalers offering a product range through exceptional customer service and efficient delivery.

The role:

 Will involve assisting the buying team with the following:
 Arranging collection of stock from Europe
 Raising Purchase Orders
 Booking stock in and invoicing stock out
 Transferring stock on the company’s stock system
 Ordering of blank labels and cartons
 Inputting data into databases in both Access and Excel
 Monthly expiry date checks
 Liaising with different departments within the company
 Any other tasks which can arise on a daily basis

The successful candidate:

 Experience in an administration role
 Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is essential
 High attention to detail
 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
 Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
 Ideally, a minimum of a grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English
