Daily Rental Field Sales Executive - Sheffield

Salary: up to £35k DOE plus car, laptop, phone and commission

Location: Territories available in West Yorkshire, North West, South East and South West

Our client are an award winning and fast growing vehicle leasing business.

The role:

The role focus is to increase business within the corporate sector. This is a new business territory sales role. You will be responsible for discovering and developing new sales prospects, establishing and building new relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales prospects through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns
Prepare & deliver presentations on products/services; offering client-led, bespoke solutions
Undertake frequent follow-up to ensure progression of sales process
Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team to achieve better results

The successful candidate:

Proven experience in a sales executive or equivalent role
Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Vehicle Hire/Daily Rental environment, ideally from a fleet/broker background
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Ability to “open doors” and create business relationships
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Experience of working with CRM to increase sales productivity (Desirable)
