Part-Time Administrator - Sheffield
Role: Part-Time Administrator
Salary: Circa £18000 pro-rata
Hours: 25-30 hours per week
Our client is an independent leading industry specialist, devoted to providing exceptional service to their customers through their whole of market brokerage service.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a busy sales office. Key duties within the role will include:
Answering the telephone and handling customer enquiries
Organising finance contracts for customers
Requesting documentation from customers
Sending the sales paperwork over to customers for checking
Sending all completed paperwork across to the finance company
Chasing customers who haven’t returned paperwork
Other ad-hoc duties as required
The successful candidate:
The successful candidate will need to be a confident team player who is a quick learner and has excellent customer service skills. You’ll be articulate and focussed on creating a fantastic first impression. You’ll be organised, approachable and efficient. Ideally you will have experience of working in an administration role and you’ll be PC literate, conversant with MS office.
