Role: Events Producer
Salary: Up to £30K DOE
Our client works with some of the best-known brands and has over a decade of experience in moving audiences to improve business performance.
Expertly leading on the delivery and production of events of all scales and types.
Working collaboratively with our in-house Studio, Exhibition and Comms teams, as well as our Production Partners and 3rd party suppliers to deliver major events efficiently, sustainably, profitably and on time
Leading on the event delivery element of pitches, tenders, project review meetings and debriefs.
Ensuring that all projects meet gross margins and gaining repeat business through exceptional customer satisfaction, audience engagements and word of mouth.
Managing costs, budgets and timescales, in addition to mapping and monitoring project progress.
Making sure that industry-leading sustainability certifications run through the veins of all projects from the off.
Acting as a Trusted Advisor to your clients and colleagues

The successful candidate:
Having already gained credibility in your field of expertise, you will have a proven track record of delivering profitable Events into client businesses that go above and beyond expectations. Ideally, you are from an agency background where you will have experience of managing a number of mid and large-scale events at any given time.
You are a passionate and committed team player, you are responsible for leading the day to day delivery of the most exciting events.
You are a true expert in the delivery and production of events of all scales and types including conferences, roadshows, experiential campaigns, product launches, and award ceremonies.
You have excellent commercial acumen and brand awareness, thanks to your in-depth knowledge of the events industry
You are confident and competent in the management of complex, large scale events end-to-end
You understand each stage of the event delivery process, and seamlessly manage any scope changes
You are a driven and respected team leader with sound knowledge of mentoring and coaching colleagues
You have the ability to skilfully interpret a client’s brief and align the delivery style and standards to complement this.
Your fantastic organisational and interpersonal skills mean that you are great at building effective relationships at all levels of the business, as well as with clients, and individuals you meet throughout the production process. You are skilled at influencing and negotiating, but have the empathy and tact to read each situation from all angles with clients, colleagues and third-party suppliers.
Your razor-sharp attention to detail and industry knowledge enables you to deal effortlessly with change and pace, keeping a cool head and leading by example at all times.
You lead by example and your initiative allows you to solve unexpected problems quickly and make astute, effective decisions under pressure.
You show tact and diplomacy whilst confidently influencing and negotiating, and maintain a cool headed, flexible and supportive approach at all times
You have a sound knowledge of on-site Health and Safety.
