Data Integrity & Systems Co-ordinator (Part-Time) - Sheffield

Role: Data Integrity & Systems Co-ordinator (Part-Time)

Salary: up to £22000 (pro-rata) DOE

Location: Sheffield

Hours: 20 hours per week. Between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Our client is one of the largest firms of independent insolvency practitioners.

The Role

A vacancy has arisen to provide support across core business systems, ensuring that the quality and integrity of data is maintained.

Duties & responsibilities

To ensure and maintain the quality and integrity of data to core systems through regular data cleansing tasks.
Identify data quality issues and provide solutions to them as appropriate.
Testing new system functionality, ensuring business and user requirements are met.
To provide basic user training as appropriate.
To produce relevant management information using the system/database.
Prepare and analyse reports and management information from the system, using appropriate tools.
To act as the main point of call for all data / system queries.
Build relationships and consult with others as appropriate who have responsibility for using the system.
Make recommendations and provide solutions for system improvements that aid the entry of accurate data.
To understand, demonstrate and apply good practice in relation to GDPR and other relevant legislation and organisational guidelines concerning the holding and use of data.

Qualities & Skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A good team worker but also be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
Excellent use of Microsoft Excel

Experience of working within a similar data integrity role.
Experience working with CRM and/or case management systems.
Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting services – desirable, but not essential.
