Electronic Ordering Support Coordinator - Doncaster
Role: Electronic Ordering Support Coordinator
Salary: Up to £20K DOE
Our client is one of the UK’s largest wholesalers offering a product range through exceptional customer service and efficient delivery.
In this role, you will be liaising with customers with product order issues – this is a large part of the role, so the successful person must be confident, friendly, helpful, accommodating and at ease dealing with valued customers and promote a consultative service and support.
Set up and maintain rules in the database
Customer set up and monitoring of spend
Manage price sets
Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Run reports for various departments and customers
Set up and maintain contracts on scheme within awards
Maintain scheme prices
Maintain alternative pip code file
Liaise with IT and PSL - upgrades etc
The Successful candidate:
You must have:
Intermediate or above Excel experience
Professional manner when dealing with customers
Efficiency and organisation
The ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously
Confidence when working with IT software / platforms as this role will have extensive duties linked to CRM’s / Software (Training will be provided. Systems are Awards and Bids)
Hours: 8am-4pm (Flexible) Monday - Friday
