Warehouse Supervisor - Doncaster
Role: Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: Up to £18K DOE
Hours: 7:30am-4pm Mon-Fri
Our client is one of the UK’s largest wholesalers offering a product range through exceptional customer service and efficient delivery.
To co—ordinate resource between the warehouse operatives & Componentry Stock Controller/s to ensure that all warehouse & componentry functions are carried out efficiently & accurately with high levels of quality.
Ensure that product flow is optimised & maintained by ensuring completed jobs are delivered to the next process in a timely manner
All operations in the Dispatch area including collation of released product for collection
Picking samples & stock
Goods Inwards including cold chain product receipt
Booking in and checking componentry
Movement of componentry
Issuing the correct componentry
Stock checking to maintain stock level accuracy
Amending stock levels on the system where relevant
Replenishment of relevant line side stocks
Ensure that all paperwork & documentation is adhered to at all times
Escalate any occurrences of potential patient safety issues to the Production Manager, a QP or Quality Assurance department
Actively participate in problem solving for Investigations, Deviations & associated CAPA
Participate in any reasonable task requested by his/her
Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment by adhering to relevant cleaning schedules
Report to Production Manager if GMP practices are not being maintained
Report to Production Manager if stock is missing, out of date, damaged or dirty
Report to Production Manager any problems hindering efficient and accurate warehouse practice
It should be noted that manual handling tasks such as lifting, and bending are “essential requirements” of this role.
The Successful candidate:
You must have experience in a warehouse/goods in role & experience in a supervisory position.
You must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
