Salary: Up to £40k DOE

Location: Sheffield

Our client is an award-winning marketing agency.

The role:

 Leading & managing the client services team to ensure a high and professional level of service is provided
 Primary responsibility for some major accounts
 Strategic planning of client marketing campaigns
 Client budget planning and management
 Input at strategic level to other clients handled by other members of the team
 Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day to day basis
 Promoting expansion of business with existing clients
 Contributing to new business enquiries, specifically pitches
 Working with members of the client services team and our external new business agency to generate and develop new accounts
 Ensure that all client projects are delivered on time and to budget, even when primarily managed by other members of the team
 Development of internal procedures and initiatives to improve the agency both creatively and strategically
 Manage external suppliers (such as digital marketing and PR agencies) to ensure they deliver on time and to budget
 The Head of Client Services will be part of the company’s senior management team (made up of the directors and department heads)
 Direct line management responsibility for all members of the client services team
 Contribute to continual business improvement by identifying efficiencies and improvements within our current processes & operations

The successful candidate:

 Will ideally have previous agency experience (as Head of Client Services, Account Director or Senior Account Manager level) essential
 Understanding of both B2B and B2C environments
 Sound knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (essential), Microsoft Project (desirable)
 Confident when presenting to senior client stakeholders
 Ability to be flexible and work additional hours when required
 Own car and full driving license essential
