Role: Pre-appointment Administrator

Salary: £18-£20K DOE

Our client is a leading industry specialist

The Role:

The role is that of a Pre-appointment Administrator within the Corporate Team. You will work alongside the Senior Pre-appointment Administrator, Managers and IP’s to assist in the organisation and progression of cases ensuring that leads progress to appointments in a timely manner whilst upholding all statutory responsibilities.

You will be the first point of contact for clients and the role will involve significant telephone and email communication and as such excellent communication skills are a necessity.

The role involves working under strict time pressures and as such the you must be able to manage your own workload and meet time critical deadlines; therefore, demonstrating excellent organisational skills.

Duties & responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities will vary case to case but are likely to include:

Accepting case handovers from Business Development Managers (BDM’s) and liaising with BDM’s on any issues that arise
System and case file set up duties
Ensuring that systems and case files are maintained to a high standard
Liaising with directors to gather the relevant information in order to progress cases
Communicating with creditors including HM Revenue & Customs, Enforcement officers and general trade creditors
Dealing with winding up petitions
Ensuring that payments are received in line with agreements made
Preparation and circulation of standard documentation
Conducting handovers to case administrators
The successful candidate:

You should have a background in a professional working environment and a working knowledge of Microsoft products. You must also be able to demonstrate good report writing skills and be a confident communicator. On-going training will be provided in order to keep the department up to date with changes to legislation.
