Role: Content Writer & Events Coordinator

Salary: £16-20K DOE

Location: Sheffield

A vacancy has arisen in the busy digital marketing department of our client who are a leading industry specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly competent content writer to broaden and develop their skill set in a fast-paced, lively environment; enabling you to enhance your knowledge of online and offline marketing, in house training will be provided allowing you to gain specific skills. You will also gain industry-specific.

The Role:

Provide professionally written industry-specific content across multiple platforms
Coordinating and administrating the organisation of internal events
Updating and maintaining social platforms
Duties:

Content Writing:

Creating compelling and engaging content for different platforms
(articles, blogs, press releases, printed material)
Be willing to constantly improve knowledge of the industry
(Wilson Field’s areas of operation)
Be able to work to KPI’s set by the Digital Marketing Manager
Events-Coordinating (no experience required – training provided):

Planning and managing the delivery of a wide range of events
Preparing event material – invitations/name badges/place cards
Liaising with internal staff and external contacts
Responsible for attendance, guest list, travel and accommodation
The successful candidate:

You will have exceptional organisation skills. Be passionate about content and be able to apply these skills across multiple platforms. You will also arrange the delivery of strong and high-quality events.

Experience writing high-quality content, with a proven record of effective content they have produced for the web.

You must demonstrate excellent team spirit and ability to work as an effective member of the team.

Not essential, but experience of any of the below would be an advantage:

Experience in SEO with good command of Google Analytics and Search Console.

Experience in previous event coordination is desirable, but not essential.
