A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Receptionist/Administrator to gain a Business Administration Apprenticeship at a Chartered Accountants in Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering/ logging telephone calls
Greeting/ logging visitors
Updating internal calendars and location software
Reception presentation
New client and disengagement administration
Production of bank audit letters
Scanning and filing of electronic documents
Hardcopy filing
Typing/binding/distribution of various documents
Outgoing post management
Updating of electronic client records
Meeting room set up including organising lunches and drinks where appropriate
Manage client books in/out process
Ordering stationery and other office consumables
Maintaining employee vehicle data
Car park management
Management of course bookings
Provide admin team cover where required
Any ad hoc duties as requested by the firm
Ensure personal working environment does not pose any health and safety risks for colleagues
Report any instance of suspicious or potentially fraudulent behaviour
Promote an environment of inclusion and support to colleagues
Share ideas for continual personal and firm development
Represent the firm to the highest level of professionalism
