This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast growing company. They are currently seeking experienced Assembly Operatives who will further strengthen their Production team based in Barnsley.

You must be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) including Maths and English. It is essential that you have had previous experience in a role requiring high quality output and possess a high level of manual dexterity. Previous experience of working in an engineering environment and assembling precision components would be preferable.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The company offers 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays), rising to 26 days after 5 years’ service, Health Shield cash plan and Pension.

They supply precision-engineered turbochargers, core assemblies, repair kits and individual turbo components to the professional turbocharger aftermarket. The Company operates manufacturing sites in the UK and China, with sales and distribution from the UK Head Office as well as facilities in Poland and USA.

With in-house teams of Design, Development and QC Engineers, they are recognised as the quality, reliable supply partner by turbo repairers ranging from small turbo workshops through to volume turbo remanufacturing facilities. To assemble kits of high precision components and build/balance CHRA element of turbo in line with sales requirements.

• To balance assembled cores to required specifications in a timely manner

• To assemble turbos/core assemblies in an accurate and timely manner

• To record non-conforming components

• To operate all assembly tools and equipment safely

• To set up all parts necessary for production
