We have an exciting opportunity for a business focused Project Manager to lead the on boarding and implementation of multiple clients. The clients range from finance companies, parking operators, utility companies to charities. These organisations look to outsource key parts of the business, such as Document Management, Mail Fulfilment, Payment Processing, Accounting or Data Hosting.

The role is a non-technical position and is very business process driven, managing the process all the way through, from Inception through to completion.

The Project Manager will monitor and control the project runs as planned, ensuring delivery on time and budget whilst keeping all key stakeholders fully informed and engaged.

The Role;


Manage a portfolio of business focused projects throughout their life cycle.

Follow the Parseq Project governance model throughout the life cycle of the project. Activities include:

Develop detailed project plans and highlighting key milestones with stakeholders on the project

Manage projects in a controlled manner in line with our governance model and project methodology

To effectively manage projects, ensuring delivery within agreed budget and timescales through all stages of the project lifecycle

Detail roles and responsibilities of the project team and the communication strategy throughout the life of the project and transition into BAU

To effectively engage and manage communication with all project stakeholders within the respective project teams

To proactively work with the project team to monitor and control progress on the project

To ensure that risks and issues are identified, reported and managed

To ensure project reporting is produced and accurately reflect project progress

To work closely with the other Project Managers within the team to ensure that governance model and project methodology is continually improving

Skills and Qualifications required;

Project Management experience necessary
Good Stakeholder Management experience
Client facing experience
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good attention to detail
Working with project team members including Business analysts, developers and contractors
Project Governance and reporting
Strong understanding of business processes
Project Management Certification, e.g. Prince2, PMI (not essential but nice to have)
