Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well established, specialist engineering company who set up over 250 years ago. They are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their friendly, dedicated team.

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well established, specialist engineering company who set up over 250 years ago. They are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their friendly, dedicated team.

Duties will include:

• Supporting external sales managers with product and price information
• Liaising with production teams for delivery schedules
• Liaising with customers to provide technical support and produce quotations
• First point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Building relationships and managing a given customer base
• Provide regular and accurate customer updates
• Co-ordinate purchase requirements, ensuring necessary specifications are met

Candidates should have proven account management and sales administrative experience, ideally gained in a manufacturing industry but not essential.
This position involves a great deal of manual calculations and therefore requires a mathematical logical approach.
