Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well-established and successful plant hire equipment business based in Sheffield. Working within a great team, you will be completing a varied and dynamic role to cover a maternity leave.

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well-established and successful plant hire equipment business based in Sheffield. Working within a great team, you will be completing a varied and dynamic role to cover a maternity leave.

Responsibilities and Key duties include:

• Raising Purchase Ledgers and Sales Ledgers
• Sending invoices and dealing effectively with any queries
• Dealing with payments, bank reconciliations and VAT
• Performing Credit Control
• Answering the phones and acting as a point of contact for the office
• Performing general back office administration
• Dealing with contracts, Vehicle Tax and registrations
• Liaising with and assisting other departments as and when necessary

The successful candidate will be hard working with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage a varied and ever-evolving workload. You must be able to prioritise effectively and have great communication and organisation skills.
