Sue Ross Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity for a professional and personable Buyer/Inventory Controller to join our team, a successful manufacturing company based in Sheffield.

Working within an existing purchasing team, this is a newly created opportunity with scope for progression and development. Duties and responsibilities include;

• Processing of purchase orders on suppliers
• Forecasting and customer demand analysis
• Inventory reporting
• Maintaining excellent and proactive relationships will Suppliers both internal and external
• Preparation of invoices for approval
• Update of computer records as necessary
• Establish and maintain effective communications with all levels of staff within the Company
• To act in a professional manner at all times in order to promote a positive image of the Company
• To deal with general administrative duties plus any other duties which do not change the nature of this post

We are keen to speak to driven and motivated Buyers who are experts in purchasing practices.

The successful candidate will have previous experience gained within a Purchasing role, ideally in product forecasting and inventory control. Due to the nature of the role, meticulous attention to detail is essential.
