Due to an anticipated peak period, they are looking to recruit a Customer Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day activity of the operational team. Your role will be to ensure the highest level of service to users through efficient and effective customer service, processes, and resourcing in line with business strategy and KPIs.

Dedicated to the continuous improvement of processes, you will play a pivotal part in defining and developing the role and the team.

Key Duties:

• Taking ownership of the day to day management of workflows and people
• Managing the team and workflow to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
• Defining and developing the role, the team and the process
• Embodying ‘best practice’ and leading by example
• Driving delivery of SLAs
• Communicating the daily responsibilities, tasks and workflow to the team, ensuring they are appropriately managed and supported
• Providing direction, support, training and coaching as required
• Assessing workflow, forecasts and resource needs to plan the most effective and efficient resource model for immediate and future business requirements
• Ensuring implementation of continual transformational activity
• Taking ownership of any performance management interventions
• Ensuring users are invoiced correctly
• Acting as the point of contact for the direct sales team
• Working with Operations leadership and other relevant teams
• Assessing data, processes, and ideas to develop plans and convey possible risks and solutions to management and teams
