Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fast-growing global organisation who are setting up a new team within the Sheffield Office.

Due to an anticipated peak period, they are looking to recruit a Customer Operations Executive to process and produce all online advertisements for rapidly expanding customer base.

Key Duties:

• Gaining and maintaining a full understanding of the company ethos and products
• Liaising with a specialist sector regarding the placement of adverts
• Working to set SLAs, ensuring they are all met in line with company policies
• Inputting all orders whilst maintaining accuracy
• Providing the highest level of customer service at all times
• Dealing with any issues effectively an professionally, resolving or escalating appropriately
• Accurately maintaining client records
• Performing end of day checks
• Liaising with sales individuals and creative team, ensuring everyone has the necessary information to ensure the clients’ needs are met
• Ensuring all information in the advert is correct, employing a keen eye for detail
• Meeting strict deadlines
• Displaying positivity, flexibility and resilience
• Problem solving, utilising analytical skills
