Sue Ross Recruitment are working with this leading hi-tech organisation in the recruitment of a fluent Spanish customer service professional, to be based from their offices in Sheffield (close to J34 of the M1).

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with this leading hi-tech organisation in the recruitment of a fluent Spanish customer service professional, to be based from their offices in Sheffield (close to J34 of the M1).

As part of the organisation’s expansion plan, you will liaise with customers to ensure that they have the best possible company experience – and maximising business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying and prioritising opportunities, working with pre-sales, operations and digital marketing teams to improve the customers use of their products and services.

Key duties include:

• Maintaining key client accounts
• Promoting new products and services
• Developing and maintaining excellent product knowledge

Candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English. You will be passionate about engaging with customers on the phone and have first class customer service skills. We seek candidates with strong communication skills (both written and verbal), be well organised and have a proactive attitude.

This role is 100% office based, working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
