Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working with a creative and dynamic organization who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide a first class administrative service and organisational support to the Managing Director and Studio Director . The EA will work at the heart of their business in a demanding, changeable and exciting environment.

The EA will work at the heart of their business in a demanding, changeable and exciting environment.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Daily comprehensive support for the Managing Director and Studio Director including, but not limited to;
•Full electronic diary planning, management and coordination of appointments
•Screening and prioritising email, post and telephone correspondence.
•Meeting room booking, ordering lunch if needed
•Attending meetings/conference calls, taking minutes and stringent tracking of action points.


• Overall travel management for all directors inclusive of;
•Complex regular UK and international travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
•Handling any visa processes and requirements.
•Management of frequent traveller reward cards, membership and subscription schemes.
•Arrangements for Directors’ visitors including travel, hotels and meeting room bookings.
•Out of hours on call for emergency travel issues


• Being a key point of contact for, co-ordination and organisation of:
•Regular Management meetings, room bookings and preparation of associated paperwork.
•Quarterly staff update meetings, researching venues and organising Quarterly Strategic Planning meetings.
•Attending meetings/conference calls, taking minutes, stringent tracking of action points and ensuring their circulation


• Ad hoc duties which may include research and production of reports, refreshments, booking car valeting & taking cars for services, office organization, visits to the post office, buying lunches, meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.

The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to top level executives and Directors within a fast-paced, changeable environment. Strong IT skills are essential, along with effective communication skills across all levels of the business. You must have the ability to act on your own initiative, pre-empt needs and solve problems as well as having outstanding attention to detail, great organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
