This position is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently with a client to initially recognise their business needs and work alongside development teams to deliver the project.

The suitable candidate will be naturally inquisitive and able to recognise technology as an enabler of improvement. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong long-term relationships with clients.

Duties and responsibilities include;

• Recognising business needs, helping to define project goals, defining and prioritising tasks for delivery of the project
• Using analytical tools/ techniques to communicate business needs and requirements
• Communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to recognise their needs
• Designing and confidently delivering business workshops
• Recognising new opportunities for the client
• Work independently with clients to form concepts and solution design
• Create user journeys and diagrams to represent the finished project
• Collaborating with developers to establish a vision
• Work within a delivery team discussing usability and performance needs
• Highlighting risks and mitigating their impact

You’ll have the following qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience in a BA role, preferably on digital / technology /software development projects
• Experience working across the entire project lifecycle
• Practical, working familiarity of Agile methodologies including SCRUM and Kanban
• Technical and commercial knowledge, with experience in either; e-commerce, digital content, or software development
• Obtained a relevant business analysis qualification or working towards one e.g. ISEB, BCS, IIBA
• Have an undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience
