Our client, a well-established and reputable company in Sheffield, is looking to recruit an HR Administration Assistant for some part-time temporary cover.

Our client, a well-established and reputable company in Sheffield, is looking to recruit an HR Administration Assistant for some part-time temporary cover.

This is an ongoing position to cover a period of sick leave, to start as soon as possible. The role will suit someone who is keen to gain exposure in HR.

Responsibilities and Key duties include:
• Diary Management, co-ordinating between Outlook, Word, and Excel
• General assistance with all HR related duties
• Data inputting, letter and memo writing, and other correspondence
• Working to deadlines

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter with strong administration skills. You will be a quick learner with good organisational skills and experience of working in a busy office environment. The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent, and minimum qualifications of GCSE A- C in Maths and English.
