Sue Ross Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experience Administrator on behalf of our client, a Medical Services Company based in north Sheffield.

The role demands excellent organisational skills as well as the ability to work on your own initiative.

Duties and responsibilities include;

• Communicating with staff and clients
• Typing up and formatting correspondence
• Undertaking general administration duties, including filing, scanning, faxing and sending post
• Diary management and appointment making
• Adhering to strict confidentiality procedures
• Entering client records onto a central database
• Creating new client files when instructions are received
• Typing up of dictations as and when required
• Processing incoming correspondence
• Ensuring up to date knowledge of policies, procedures, and relevant legislation

The successful candidate will have previous demonstrable experience gained within a legal or medical environment. You must be IT literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, as well as good typing speeds and meticulous attention to detail. Candidates who hold a relevant RSA qualification in Administration or equivalent will be at an advantage.
