Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with a successful, metal supplier based in Sheffield who have an exciting vacancy for a temporary Accounts Administrator to cover a Maternity position for c. 9 months.


Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with a successful, metal supplier based in Sheffield who have an exciting vacancy for a temporary Accounts Administrator to cover a Maternity position for c. 9 months.

Duties and responsibilities include;

• General administration duties
• Supporting the finance department
• Maintaining systems
• Raising invoices for suppliers
• Inputting data onto spreadsheets
• Making sure data is correct for payroll
• Dealing with sales ledgers and purchase ledgers
• Dealing with various supplier accounts

The ideal candidate would have previous experience working with . You must also be able to work within a team environment and have a good telephone manner. You must also have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. This role can be challenging and repetitive at times and you will need to be highly organised in your workload.
