Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading international distribution company in the recruitment of a Sales Administrator.

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading international distribution company in the recruitment of a Sales Administrator.

You will be responsible for speaking to customer throughout the world, therefore a second language (preferably Spanish) would be beneficial – but this is not essential.

Key duties will include:

• Taking and processing orders from customers
• Managing the order book
• Scheduling deliveries
• Liaising with, and providing support to the external sales team
• Preparing, co-ordinating and issuing quotes
• Maintaining the CRM system
• Updating Sales KPIs

Applicants will have experience in a similar role and will have first class communication, customer service and administrative skills. The ability to speak a second European language (ideally Spanish, but happy to consider other languages) is advantageous but not essential.
