Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a rapidly expanding IT company. They are recruiting for a permanent Software Quality Manager who can develop software and processes in all areas of the business to deliver reliable and usable applications.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Assure quality of the critical business systems that support the whole company
• Become a key member of our agile cross-functional team building cutting edge system solutions
• Work as a member of a Scrum Team
• Deliver software using agile processes
• Work with JIRA and the Atlassian tool chain
• Work very close to the management giving you the opportunity to learn strategies, initiatives and processes in multiple business disciplines
• Take responsibility for delivery of multiple projects to various business streams
• Establish new ways of working and influence business processes
• Gain extensive experience on the different products and services
Required experience and qualifications

• 2+ years’ hands-on commercial experience testing complex software systems
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in IT systems or significant industry experience
• Experience in designing test strategies/scenarios and executing functional/user acceptance tests within specified timelines
• Capable to demonstrate working knowledge in SQL query language, writing queries and understanding data structures with a grasp of relational databases.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse of stakeholders
• Ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources and articulate it via verbal/written communication is a must
