Sue Ross Recruitment currently have a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join a family run business based in the South of Sheffield who work within the construction industry.


This is a great role and you will support and work closely with the MD/Owner and you will provide all office administration support for the office. Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Producing quotations and following up
• Invoicing suppliers
• Dealing with all telephone enquires to the business
• Checking and responding to emails daily
• Producing eshots
• Ordering and maintaining office stationery and supplies
• Liaising with key clients via telephone and email
• Maintaining the company’s central customer database
• Diary management
• Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Often you will be working alone and therefore it is essential that you are a self starter. You must be IT literate and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
