This is an extremely high-profile role working closely with the Chairman’s PA to seamlessly support the CEO and CFO. Key duties include:
• Providing high quality secretarial and organisational support to CEO, CFO, Executive Management Team, and the Board
• Diary management, with the ability to prioritise and reallocate appointments
• Managing and co-ordinating events, including Board meetings, offsite workshops and functions
• Booking and co-ordinating complex global travel and accommodation
• Creating detailed itineraries, with immaculate attention to detail regarding activities
• Co-ordinating, proofing and adapting presentations, including investor presentations
• Co-ordinating projects in a timely and accurate manner as directed by the CEO and CFO
• Preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers, and identifying and performing follow-up tasks
• Dealing professionally with queries via telephone, re-directing callers or taking messages
• Handling incoming correspondence, responding and redistributing in a timely manner

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have significant experience within a key support role at executive level, dealing with confidential and sensitive matters. The position requires a candidate with exceptional written and oral communication skills, who is comfortable researching, analysing and presenting material concisely. A business administration qualification is desirable.

This role would suit an organised person with strong time management skills, who enjoys working under pressure to deadlines in a varied role.
