The award winning business predominantly imports and distributes worldwide, high end products. The successful candidate will provide a full and confidential secretarial support service to the Director and key duties will include:



Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working with their city centre client who are looking to recruit a high level PA to support their Director. The award winning business predominantly imports and distributes worldwide, high end products. The successful candidate will provide a full and confidential secretarial support service to the Director and key duties will include:


• Booking travel including; Renewal of passports, visa applications, booking flights, hotels, car hire, trains generating full itineraries for overseas travel
• Dealing with all general correspondence and taking dictation from the Director in response to these
• Taking and typing up approximately 2 hours of dictation per day
• Typing personal correspondence, renewal of season tickets, railcards etc.
• Arranging meetings, including refreshments and catering
• Update the price list annually, as required and arrange external printing
• Collating quotations for customers as required
• Acting as a first point of contact for staff wishing to speak or have a meeting with the Director
• Arranging corporate hospitality including; arranging events, corporate dinner in London, including arranging printing and distribution of invitations, logging responses, table planning etc.
• General office duties in line with the needs of the business

This is an ongoing temporary role and as such will require someone who is prepared to commit to a long term duration. Preferably you will have proven shorthand skills and also be proficient with the use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. You will be professional, approachable, and flexible with the decorum to act in a confidential and discreet manner as would be expected at this level. Hours of work are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm and there is also Car Parking available if required. Candidates should be aware that the firm are relocating to the Chesterfield area towards the end of next year 2019.
