Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well established and rapidly expanding high tech business in Chesterfield in the recruitment of an Installation and Service Co-ordinator to assist operations in the completion of installation projects and the resolution of service calls.

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well established and rapidly expanding high tech business in Chesterfield in the recruitment of an Installation and Service Co-ordinator to assist operations in the completion of installation projects and the resolution of service calls.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accurately interpreting workbooks, installation notes and drawings to ensure that all equipment required is ordered, engineers allocated to attend on the correct date or dates (ensuring correct skill set and qualifications where appropriate) along with any special requirements, eg access hire which needs ordering.
• Reviewing of service call notes and quotations, to ensure all equipment is ordered, stock issued, SLA’s adhered to etc.
• Ensuring all access hire equipment is off-hired in a timely manner.
• Liaising with Project Managers/site contacts/contractors/technical support to arrange attendance/reconfirm attendance dates for installation etc.
• Accurately updating notes on the bespoke database, rescheduling engineers for second fix/final fix/training etc.
• Closing down jobs and processing through to accounts for billing.
• Using the company’s bespoke installation scheduling software.
• Raising transfer journals for equipment to be despatched in accordance with site attendance requirements.
• Responding to emails from both internal and external stakeholders
• Liaising with engineers to close calls to allocate works/close calls down etc.

It is expected that the successful candidate will have strong customer service and organisational skills, be able to multi-task and have an excellent telephone manner as well as good IT skills. Attention to detail is key in this role and accuracy is paramount. Good geographical knowledge of the UK is also required. Previous experience in a similar environment would be a distinct advantage.
