This role will involve making outbound calls, following up on warm leads and dealing with inbound sales queries from both new and existing customers.

This role will involve making outbound calls, following up on warm leads and dealing with inbound sales queries from both new and existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a telesales or lead generation role within a B2B environment and possess excellent communication skills, with rapport-building ability and must be comfortable in a targeted, sales driven environment.
The role involves generating new business, selling ‘multi’ technical products and updating the company CRM.

The successful candidate will have:
• An exceptional telephone manner
• Clear, confident communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to confidently articulate company services to highly qualified professionals & company director level clients
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised, be self-motivated and pro-active


Required Experience/ Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience of working in a sales office environment
• Minimum 12 months experience with proven results working in any of the below sales roles:, Outbound B2B Consultative Telesales, Technical sales
• 5 GCSE’s A-C including a minimum Grade C in both English & Maths
• Previous experience working in the construction industry would be a significant advantage but is not essential
• Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft Office products
• Previous experience of selling via the telephone
