Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a hugely successful hi-tech company with head offices in Chesterfield. Due to continued success, they require a Customer Service/Operations Administrator to join their team.

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a hugely successful hi-tech company with head offices in Chesterfield. Due to continued success, they require a Customer Service/Operations Administrator to join their team.

You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Operational Services, Customer Service Manager and Operations Manager with managing processes and systems to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Duties will include:

• Providing 1st line support to customers (by phone and email)
• Contract administration
• Assisting with the production of mailshots
• Organising the shipment of equipment and documentation
• Collating and recording data
• Maintaining the CRM system
• Liaising with other company sites based throughout the world
• General administrative duties

This is a fantastic company to work for a rapidly expanding, dynamic company who use cutting edge technology within the media industry.
Applicants must have recent administrative and customer service skills. Experience providing 1st or 2nd line technical customer support is advantageous, but not essential.
