You will be responsible for smooth running of day to day operations, working within a team to support scheduling and book in works on to the Engineers Diary.



Key responsibilities include:

•Assignment of project work


•Client liaison


•Reporting to management.


•Dissemination of information to all relevant parties


•Confirming works are arranged.


•Actively following up on customers’ requirements


Key Tasks

•High level of customer contact/liaison for suitable works dates, organising, and associated administration


•Handling client enquiries


•Planning and scheduling/booking in works for remote based workers with correct level of authorisation and skill


•Ensuring prompt dealing with customer complaints or concerns.


•Assignment of projects/accounts to team members


•Tracking of project completion


•Reporting of progress to clients/customers when required


•Ensuring all works are followed up to ensure the sales order is fulfilled


•To ensure that you work and comply within the personal responsibilities detailed in the current Health and Safety legislation and to assist in the company quality objectives of no accidents


•Follow HSQE manual – detailed within the Company Induction


Further duties may include the following:

•Raising invoices/preparation of billing information for accounts for completed jobs when required


•Associated administration duties to the role which will include, hotel bookings, equipment hire etc


•Provision of additional support to other departments


•General admin and office duties


Person specification:

•Well organised person with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail


•Excellent analytical skills


•Ability to supervise and check work of co-workers


•Ability to learn and adapt to new operating systems as well as having ability and confidence to improve systems where necessary


•Ability to balance thoroughness with commercial demands


•Clear and confident communication skills, verbal and written


•Good interpersonal skills


•Pragmatic, shows initiative, is enthusiastic, self-motivated and pro-active with a flexible approach


•Autonomous but also team player


•Sound basic maths is required, in order to be able to understand volumes and areas of various shapes.


•Drive and commitment to maintain accuracy of our databases


Qualifications/Skills/Experience Required - The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative/operational role, have strong MS Excel skills to be able to set up/manipulate reports and have strong analytical skills to aid efficient workload management.



ESSESNTIAL SKILLS:

•Excellent IT skills, including specific expertise in MS Excel and MS Access including qualification in Advanced MS Excel


•Previous experience in an administrative/operational role


•Previous experience in a customer services or client focused role


DESIRABLE:

•Geographical and logistical awareness


•Knowledge or previous experience of working in a consultancy business sector – energy, construction or property related services ideal
