Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading professional services company in the recruitment of a part-time Receptionist.

Working from modern offices in the S11 area of Sheffield, you will be first point of contact for all visitors and provide admin support across all departments including Accounts, Media and HR.

Duties will include:
• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Typing and formatting a variety of correspondence and documentation
• Accounts adimistration including preparing invoices


Candidates must have relevant business administration experince and be conversant in all MS Office applications. You will have a ‘can do’ approach, we an excellent communicator and be able to work under pressure.

This is a permanent, part -time role working between 20 – 25 hours per week over 5 days (Monday to Friday i.e 10am to 2.30pm), hours can be negotiated for the successful candidate.
