Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading alloy company in the recruitment of an Internal Sales/Account Manager.

This role is office based in Sheffield and will cover all aspects of selling to a range of customers from a diverse industrial background.
Responsibilities will include administration duties, quoting, order entry, communication with customers and all departments within the company including international offices.

Duties:
• Be a key customer contact for allocated accounts and customers with responsibility to
maintain and grow accounts, as per set sales targets
• Responsibility to manage order problems, communicating with production facilities and the customer
• Produce order status report updates
• Review of the order book activity
• Keeping updated with delivery issues and lead times
• Generating Monthly and weekly customer reports
• Entry of orders and acknowledgment for UK and USA manufacturing locations
• Cover other accounts for back up responsibilities

For this role, you will have proven sales administration/internal sales or key account management experience, ideally gained within a technical industry.
