Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a specialist consultancy in the recruitment of a Team Administrator.

The role provides technical administrative and co-ordination support to the Geo-environmental/Geotechnical team, mainly in relation to site investigations. The role also involves providing technical administrative support to rest of the office.

Duties will include:
• Providing admin support on specific projects including; collating data and producing reports
• Liaising with clients
• Arranging plant hire for sites
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Updating spreadsheets
• Scanning documents and creating PDF files
• Ordering PPE and office equipment for the team
• Arranging monthly seminars
• Drafting invoices
• Handling incoming telephone calls
• Assisting in marketing activities i.e social media, organising events, website updates etc
We seek candidates with proven administration experience. You will have strong IT skills and be able to save files to PDF, use drop box and create hyperlinks.
