Sue Ross Recruitment are working with an international engineering firm based in the Hope Valley, in the heart of the Peak District.

They are recruiting for a Service Administrator to join their engineering team. Duties will include:

• Arranging and co-ordinating field engineers
• Supporting the technical helpdesk
• 1st line response to incoming queries by phone and email
• Quotation for service works and spare parts
• Preparing quotations and general correspondence
• Order taking and acceptance
• Ordering processing
• Warranty analysis
• Maintaining all service records and databases
• Maintaining service quality procedures
• General administrative duties

Candidates must have a technical bias, together with strong administrative skills. Experience relating to electrical engineering is advantageous, but not essential. You will be highly organised and have first class communication/customer service skills.
