Based from their head office, you will provide a centralised admin support service to the team, that will include:

• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Providing a professional and friendly reception service
• Handling incoming enquiries
• Maintaining filing systems
• Data entry
• General administrative duties

For this role, it is essential that you have fantastic communication skills – you must have a caring and sympathetic, yet professional manner. You must also have first class administrative skills and be conversant in MS Office.

This is a full time and permanent role. You will be required to work one in three Saturdays (working 10am to 6pm) and a day will be given off in lieu.
