The Export Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support to the Sales Team and providing first class customer service and sales experience for all customers.

Key duties will include:

Responsible for incoming & outgoing post
Ensuring filing systems are kept up to date
Responsible for interfacing with customers prior to and/or after sale
Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company
Ensures customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
Answering Telephone calls & E mails, & Distribution
Order Processing using SAP
Raise Proforma Invoices & Handle Credit Card Payments
Resolving customer account queries & Creating new accounts
Credit note management
Supporting Internal Sales Engineers
Post-sale: Completion of Order control sheets, Producing Shipment documents, Producing Invoices both Home & Export Markets, Handle rejection reports.
Back up to other sections in Holiday & Busy periods
Liaise with other departments Internal & External

Good level of academic achievement (minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C inc. Maths & English)
Experience of working in a fast-paced and often demanding sales environment
Proven track record of ability to deliver excellent administrative duties
Experience working within a customer support role
Excellent Microsoft Office skills and Typing Skills
Knowledge of office procedures
Conversant with sales administrative procedures
Experience of Unix based operating systems is desirable

Knowledge and Skills:
Competent French language and written skills is ESSENTIAL. German speaking would be desirable
Excellent communication (verbal & written) / interpersonal skills to interact successfully at all levels
First-class customer service skills and in possession of excellent relationship management techniques
Excellent IT literacy, competent in all Microsoft Office packages (and SAP advantageous)
Strong organisational, planning and prioritising skills
Methodical approach to work with excellent administrative capability
Able to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
Ability to make responsible decisions
