Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well-known and respected firm of Solicitors based in Sheffield who are looking for a thorough and dedicated candidate to join their Central File Administration Team.

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well-known and respected firm of Solicitors based in Sheffield who are looking for a thorough and dedicated candidate to join their Central File Administration Team.

Working within the Residential Conveyancing Department, you will be responsible for completing the file-opening process:

Key duties will include:

• Opening files
• Working to strict internal and external guidelines
• Ensuring compliance is adhered to at all times
• Conducting the necessary checks including ID and conflict checks
• Identifying any possible issues
• Liaising with other members of the team at all levels
• Inputting information, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy
• Using a electronic systems to manage records
• Meeting KPIs

The successful candidate will need a relevant administration experience, good typing speeds and excellent communication skills. As this is a very process driven role, above all you must possess a keen eye for detail and be able to conduct your work in a methodical and meticulous manner.
