Sue Ross Recruitment are recruiting for an Office Junior on behalf of a well known and respected, regional firm of Solicitors.


You will be providing support to the Practice Manager and the Cashier and duties will include;

- Processing incoming and outgoing post and DX
- Opening new client files on inhouse accounts systems
- Maintaining filing systems within the accounts department
- Processing incoming cheques including conducting daily banking runs
- Collecting and delivering urgent documents to the courts
- Providing lunchtime reception cover
- Providing a photocopying service for several departments within the company
- General administration duties

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a law firm and for the right candidate there would be the potential to take on more responsibilities in due course.

To be considered for this role you should have previous administration experience and a versatile skill set which can be adapted to any environment, as well as a positive attitude to work.
